It was quite natural for her to get shifted to Delhi after completing a course in journalism. She got a job as desk reporter. After short phase of struggle, she joined ZEE NEWS and then NEWS 24. She had gotten name and fame as host of popular news debate program Sadda Haq at NEWS 24.
