Chandan Kumar is an Indian politician and businessman. He is currently a member of LJP - Pashupati Paras camp and MP. He had secured comprehensive win against RJD's Vibha Devi from Nawada Lok Sabha Constituency in his very first attempt in an electoral battle. Actually, the denial of ticket to Suraj Bhan Singh was the reason why he was asked to contest.



Chandan Kumar was also considered for LJP ticket in 2014 from Munger. However, at the 11th hour, Surajbhan Singh had decided to go ahead with his wife Veena Devi. 

Chandan Kumar is the youngest brother of the most notorious gangster of the Northern India – Surajbhan Singh. He is taking care of the business interest of the family. There are no criminal cases against Chandan Kumar.
